Before you start, make sure to have all files and/or content prepped and ready before you begin filling out the form. If your request has multiple files, create and compress a folder with all files, and upload the compressed folder file. For files too large to send via this form, we’ll correspond separately.
Warning: Businesses or individuals who submit projects via this webpage, but have not retained services from My Media Designer’s, will receive a phone call within 1-business day to discuss options, and the submitted project will only be addressed after the business or individual retains our services.
