One Love for Rasta Vibes
A lot of people don’t know this, but MyMediaDesigner has a long history and a huge passion for the rasta vibe and the reggae scene. Raised in San Jose, they had killer opportunities to see worldly reggae legends throughout the years at Reggae Festivals and events such as Downtown San Jose’s Music in the Park. It’s always great when these artists come to Santa Cruz’s local reggae venues such as Moe’s Alley, The Catalyst, and Palookaville, which showcase these legendary reggae artists.

For decades I’ve attended, both as a reggae fan and a member of the media crew for artists and/or tour promoters, well-known festivals and gatherings such as Reggae on the River, Reggae Rising, Sierra Nevada Music Festival, to the now newer aged reggae festivals like CaliRoots and One Love Festival. Everything from photography and videography, to concert posters and website management, MMD has done it…and loved every minute of it!

Over the decades MyMediaDesigner has produced music videos, done in-person photo shoots, designed album covers, and developed websites for artists such as Anthony B, Mykal Rose, Don Carlos, Israel Vibration, Marlon Asher, Junior Reid, Prezident Brown, Warrior King, Pablo Moses, Sly & Robbie, and many more. Working with reggae artists like this has always been a passion of ours, and we feel honored and blessed to have the opportunity to connect with so many reggae legends.
